Hillary & Jamison - Wedding

I finished editing Hillary and Jamison's wedding around 2 a.m. this morning... HaHa. I don't know why I haven't been motivated to go to bed the past couple days! Like I said in my previous post, though, their wedding was very quick because it was so cold. Seriously, it was so cold that my toes were still frozen an hour after I left Bridal Veil Falls! It was too cold to stay for very long and get all the shots and poses I was hoping for, but we still got a few good ones. They were definitely champs to stay as long as they did! :-) Anyway, I had a lot of fun photographing their wedding. Nature weddings are so beautiful, and I really wish I'd had a different camera lens to get some better shots of their wedding in front of the falls. Guess that's something I'll have to save for! I'm betting you're sick of hearing me gab, though, so let's move on to some of their pictures!

Hillary & Jamison - Wedding Gala

In November, I had the opportunity to photograph the fun wedding of Hillary and Jamison in front of Bridal Veil Falls in Provo Canyon. The wedding was short and sweet due in part to EXTREMELY cold weather, so here is just a small peek at what we got that day... Enjoy!

Carol & Andrew - Wedding Gala

I know I've been promising various sessions for a while now, but I am SO behind on about 8,000 things! I'll get to everything when I can... But for now, I'd like to share some photos from a wedding I recently photographed.

Carol and Andrew tied the knot in October. This was my first time setting foot in a Catholic church and it was really neat to see the differences between a Catholic wedding and other religious and non-religious weddings I've been to. Carol and Andrew had their reception at the Rice Eccles Stadium and it was seriously one of the most fun receptions I have ever attended! Thank you so much, Carol and Andrew, for allowing me to be a part of your big day. Everything was so beautiful! I hope you enjoy this sneak peek of your photos... :-)

Jenny's 5 Year Old Photos

So, I haven't really taken any photo jobs (aside from my own personal family photos, and I'll upload some of those soon) since shortly before my son was born until now. My cousin wanted to get some pictures of her daughter, Jenny, who is now five years old! And I was the lucky photographer who got to take her pictures!

We took the photos last Thursday and it was much colder outside than we had expected! But Jenny was a good sport (as was her mom and her little brother) and braved the cold to get some super cute pictures!

Our internet router was destroyed during the storm last week, so I haven't had full access to our internet. I intended to upload a couple pictures the night of this session, but unfotunately was not able to. But, now that everything is functioning, I'm just going to share a few of the photos we captured!

So, here they are! Cute little Jenny's five year old pictures!

Andrea & Derek's Wedding

I know this has been a long time coming, but it's finally here! The past couple months have been a blur as my husband and I recently had our first baby. I appreciate the patience Andrea and Derek have had waiting for their pictures as we are adjusting to our new life!

Their wedding day was so much fun! Andrea and Derek got married at the White Memorial Chapel at the State Capitol and had their reception at the U of U. My husband and I got to take photos of both their ceremony and of their reception.
